Hey guys sorry for the late post I was having internet issues last night but here it goes. (Oh I found somewhere that it says the "Squawfish" is know as the Colorado Pikeminnow, so I'm going to talk to Joseph today to figure out which one it is).
The amount of different ways that humans have effected native fish have included on destruction of their habitat, population decreases with man-made obstacles such as dams blocking spawning areas, chemical toxins destroying the quality of water, and implementation of non-native species of non-native species being released into the waterways (there has been over 70 released).

Dams and fish-
Dams have been one of the biggest factors in changing fish population due to changing water temperature, the quality of the water, and blocking ways to the fish spawning grounds. This effect has been documented with the Colorado River, and has changed its ecosystem. Such fish that have had decreases in spawning rates are the Razorback Sucker, Bonytail Chub, and the Colorado Pikeminnow.

Dams and Environment-
Dams have been one of the biggest changes with the Colorado River by few different reasons, one changing the flood paths, two changing the temperature of the water and three drying up certain areas of the river that used to be raging. The temperature of the water has increased about 20 degrees which has had many negitive effects on the native fish species which has given an advantage to the non-native species introduced.
