For this one I vote for the one that's sitting on top of the toxic waste, though he could look even better with the mouth from the guy just to the left of him.
Unfortunately I don't think grog will work as a name, its reference to alcoholic beverages may be a turnoff for parental figures. The names I can come up with are Toxislime, Ooze and Mucy (derived from mucus). Let me know if any of them are appealing.
